1) I want to change my order: what should I do?

If you would like to change important information (e.g. shipping address) regarding your order, please write to us at, and we will reply to you within 24 hours. Please be patient in the meantime – we reply to every email individually. We pack and ship received orders as quickly as we can but, if possible, we will change the shipping address.


2) How do I know when I will receive the plants I ordered?

You will receive an automatic notification by email on the status of your order.


3) What should I do if I am not sure if my order will arrive on time (e.g. a birthday present)?

If you want to receive your plant immediately then please visit our shop in Budapest, where we offer you a varying and wide range of our products. Plante., 1075 Budapest, Madách Imre út 8., opening hours: on Tue – Sat between 12:00 am and 7:00 pm, on Sunday between 12:00 am and 5:00 pm.


4) I live abroad and I want to order from you: is it possible?

Currently we can deliver orders to Hungary; sorry but we cannot undertake any deliveries abroad.


5) Something went wrong with my plant / package during shipping. Who can I turn to?

Please contact us at within 24 hours from receipt.
