1) I want to change my order: what should I do?

If you would like to change important information (e.g. shipping address) regarding your order, please write to us at hello@plantebudapest.com, and we will reply to you within 24 hours. Please be patient in the meantime – we reply to every email individually. We pack and ship received orders as quickly as we can but, if possible, we will change the shipping address.

 

2) How do I know when I will receive the plants I ordered?

You will receive an automatic notification by email on the status of your order.

 

3) What should I do if I am not sure if my order will arrive on time (e.g. a birthday present)?

If you want to receive your plant immediately then please visit our shop in Budapest, where we offer you a varying and wide range of our products. Plante., 1075 Budapest, Madách Imre út 8., opening hours: on Tue – Sat between 12:00 am and 7:00 pm, on Sunday between 12:00 am and 5:00 pm.

 

4) I live abroad and I want to order from you: is it possible?

Currently we can deliver orders to Hungary; sorry but we cannot undertake any deliveries abroad.

 

5) Something went wrong with my plant / package during shipping. Who can I turn to?

Please contact us at hello@plantebudapest.com within 24 hours from receipt.
