1) I want to change my order: what should I do?
If you would like to change important information (e.g. shipping address) regarding your order, please write to us athello@plantebudapest.com, and we will reply to you within 24 hours. Please be patient in the meantime – we reply to every email individually. We pack and ship received orders as quickly as we can but, if possible, we will change the shipping address.
2) How do I know when I will receive the plants I ordered?
You will receive an automatic notification by email on the status of your order.
3) What should I do if I am not sure if my order will arrive on time (e.g. a birthday present)?
If you want to receive your plant immediately then please visit our shop in Budapest, where we offer you a varying and wide range of our products. Plante., 1075 Budapest, Madách Imre út 8., opening hours: on Tue – Sat between 12:00 am and 7:00 pm, on Sunday between 12:00 am and 5:00 pm.
4) I live abroad and I want to order from you: is it possible?
Currently we can deliver orders to Hungary; sorry but we cannot undertake any deliveries abroad.
5) Something went wrong with my plant / package during shipping. Who can I turn to?
Please contact us athello@plantebudapest.comwithin 24 hours from receipt.
I don't know which plant to choose, how should I start?
Think about where in your apartment you’d like to place the plant and how big of a plant you envision. Based on that, use the filters in the webshop, you can easily search for shade-tolerant or pet-friendly plants, for example.
What size pot should I get for my plant?
A size that is 1-2 cm larger than the diameter of the plant's plastic pot is recommended for the decorative pot.
How can I know the diameter of the plant's pot?
In our webshop, you can find the diameter of the plastic pot listed in the 'Product Size' section, provided in centimeters.
I would like to send a plant as a gift, is that possible?
Of course. Please provide the shipping and billing address accordingly during your purchase. Remember: any additional or clarifying information can be useful for the courier, such as phone number, doorbell, entrance instructions, or details within the building complex.
When will I receive my ordered plant?
Usually within 2-5 business days from the order, but there may be deviations due to factors such as holidays, fairs, or weather conditions, etc. We will inform you about the delivery date.
Are the same plants available in the Budapest, Madách Imre street store as in the webshop?
There is a great overlap, but in the store, you may find plants that are not available in the webshop, and the reverse may also be true.
My online workshop package hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
Please be patient, as the packages containing the materials for the online workshop are always sent a few days before the workshop, or you can even pick them up personally at our store.
